Mechan Controls PLC announces that they have today (09 September 2009) declared
an interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2009.
The dividend shall be 0.5p per share net of tax.
The dividend shall be an Interim Dividend, relating to the year ending 31
December 2009.
The record Date for the dividend is 15 September 2009, the share will be marked
ex-div on Friday 11 September 2009, and dividend payments will be posted
commencing on 27 September 2009.
The company confirms that the interim results for year ended 31 December 2009
were announced on 09 September 2009.
