Mechan Controls PLC announces that they have today (27 May 2009) declared a
final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2008.
The dividend shall be 0.7p per share net of tax.
The dividend shall be a Final Dividend, relating to the year ending 31 December
2008.
The record Date for the dividend is 02 June 2009, the share will be marked ex-
div on Friday 29 May 2009, and dividend payments will be posted commencing on
22 June 2009.
The company confirms that the results for year ended 31 December 2007 were
announced on 27 May 2009.
